The ULN2003A is a seven channel Darlington (NPN) array which able to control seven output.

Features:

• 50V output voltage
• 500mA output current per channel
• 600mA peak (non-repetitive) output current per channel
• Outputs can be paralleled for higher current
• Internal clamp diodes for inductive loads
  for inductive
  loads

Applications:

• Stepper Motor with speed and direction control
• LED light dimming
• Relays
